At the spot “Hafen Tiefenbrunnen” you can do a dock start from the south pier of the harbor. However, dependent on the actual water level, the pier can be quite high (approx. 50cm).
On the left side of the boat ramp, you can also start. However, the height there is only approximately 12 cm.

In case you want to make use of shower facilities as well as storing your material during the session, you can ask for permission to use the facilities of the Wassersportzentrum Tiefenbrunnen (WZT). The Wasserportzentrum Tiefenbrunnen (WZT) is maintained by the Academic Sports Club Zurich. More information about the access to the WZT can be found on the website of the ASVZ. You can apply on their website for a badge to use the facilities.
